Who we are

14AI is a sole-proprietorship indie studio based in Wrocław, Poland (VAT-ID PL8982242423). The data controller for this site is Marcin Plata, reachable at hello@14ai.tech.

Waitlist signups

When you join a product waitlist (Episodfy, GeoVLM), we store:

• the email address you submitted;
• which product you signed up for;
• the time of signup;
• your country (derived from IP at edge — we do not store the IP itself);
• your browser's User-Agent and the page that referred you (for spam triage).

Why: to email you when that specific product launches or has news. We won't email you about anything else, and we won't share or sell your address.

Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6): consent. You give it actively by submitting the form.

Where it lives: Cloudflare D1 (EU-pinned where available) and, when we're ready to email, copied into Resend (DPA), our email-sending provider. Resend processes data in the United States under standard contractual clauses.

How long: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for backups. You can unsubscribe instantly from any email we send, or by emailing hello@14ai.tech.

Contact form

Messages sent via the contact form are forwarded to hello@14ai.tech so we can reply. We keep the message in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, typically up to 24 months, then delete it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not fingerprint visitors. It records pageviews, referrers, and Core Web Vitals — nothing that identifies you. No consent banner is required because no personal data is processed.

If we add Google Analytics or any other cookie-based tracker in the future, we will show a consent banner first and update this page.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and abuse-prevention as the network operator — see Cloudflare's privacy policy. 14AI does not retain server access logs of its own.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

To exercise any of these, email hello@14ai.tech. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes (new processors, new data categories) will be announced in any subsequent waitlist email.
